Film Transfer Services
Great Lakes Video has been transferring film, slides and prints to video and DVD for nearly 20 years. In fact, many of our competitors have become so impressed with our transfer methods they've become our film studio affiliates. Today we transfer film all over the globe, and clients include the National Film Archives and the Smithsonian, to name just two. All film transfers include free splicing, free cleaning (if needed), and a free archival backup DVD of each DVD Master.

8mm/Super 8mm Film Transfers (without sound)
.14 cents per foot, plus Master

Super 8mm Film (with sound)
.22 cents per foot, plus Master

16mm Film (with or without sound)
.14 cents per foot, plus Master

Mastering Options and Add On's:
DVD - Holds (2) hours of footage - $29.95 (includes free archival copy)
Add background music to your DVD, $15 per master (choose from Easy Listening, Classical, Jazz or Big Band, or provide your own CD)
Add additional chapters/titles to your DVD - $8 each
Mini DV - Holds (1) hour of footage - $20.00
Add additional titles to your Mini DV - $5 each
